1. Our policy
IPTV Quebec supplies a technical network access service and does not host media on its own servers. We nevertheless take copyright seriously, and we act on valid notices, including notices in the format of the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and notices under Canada’s Copyright Act.
2. How to send a notice
Email your notice to chdaouibassem@gmail.com with the subject line “Copyright notice”. Your notice should include:
- Your physical or electronic signature, as the rights holder or a person authorised to act for them.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
- Identification of the material or channel concerned, with enough detail for us to locate it (for example channel name, date and time).
- Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the rights holder.
3. What happens next
We confirm receipt, review the notice and, where it is complete and verified, act on it within 48 hours, for example by removing access to the material through our service. Incomplete notices may delay our response; we will tell you what is missing.
4. Counter-notices
If you believe material was removed by mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details, identification of the material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake, and your signature.
5. Repeat infringers
We end the subscriptions of customers who repeatedly use the service to infringe copyright, in line with our Terms and Conditions.
