How to set up IPTV Quebec on BuzzTV
BuzzTV boxes come with their own IPTV player and run Android, so you can use either the preinstalled player or one from Google Play.

Step by step
Update the box
Check for firmware and app updates in the BuzzTV settings before you start.
Open the BuzzTV player
Start the preinstalled BuzzTV player and choose to add a new server or playlist using the Xtream Codes login option.
Enter your login details
Open the player and choose the Xtream Codes login (some players call it “Xtream API” or “Login with username”). Type the server URL, username and password from your welcome email exactly as written, including
http://and any port number. If your player only accepts a playlist link, paste the M3U link from the same email instead.Let the channels and guide load
The first time you log in, the player downloads the full channel list and the seven-day program guide. This can take a minute or two. Later starts are much faster.
Make it yours
Add the channels you watch most to Favourites, set the player’s time zone to your own (for example America/Toronto) so the guide shows your local times, and open a live channel to check picture and sound.
Tips for the best picture
- If you prefer a different player, install one from Google Play and log in with the same details.
- Use the Ethernet port for live sport.
- Add the backup server line as a second entry so you can switch quickly.
Troubleshooting
“Login failed” or “Invalid credentials”
Check the server URL character by character, including http:// and the port. Usernames and passwords are case-sensitive. Copying them from the email on a phone and typing slowly helps.
Channels buffer or freeze
Move to a wired connection or strong 5 GHz Wi-Fi, restart the device and router, and pause downloads elsewhere in the house. If it continues, switch to the backup server line from your welcome email or message live support.
The program guide is empty
Give it a few minutes after the first login, then refresh or update the EPG in the player’s settings. Make sure the device’s date and time are set automatically.
