How to set up IPTV Quebec on Formuler
Formuler boxes are built for IPTV. Their MYTVOnline player is preinstalled and accepts Xtream Codes logins directly, so setup takes about three minutes.

Step by step
Update the box
Install the latest firmware from the box’s Settings menu, then make sure MYTVOnline is up to date.
Add a portal in MYTVOnline
Open MYTVOnline, choose Add portal and select the Xtream Codes login option. Give the portal a name, for example “IPTV Quebec”.
Enter your details
Type the server URL, username and password from your welcome email and select Connect.
Let the channels and guide load
The first time you log in, the player downloads the full channel list and the seven-day program guide. This can take a minute or two. Later starts are much faster.
Make it yours
Add the channels you watch most to Favourites, set the player’s time zone to your own (for example America/Toronto) so the guide shows your local times, and open a live channel to check picture and sound.
Tips for the best picture
- MYTVOnline’s multi-view lets you watch more than one channel at once, and each one counts as a connection.
- Supported models can record to USB storage. Check your model’s documentation.
- Formuler boxes have Ethernet built in; use it.
Troubleshooting
“Login failed” or “Invalid credentials”
Check the server URL character by character, including http:// and the port. Usernames and passwords are case-sensitive. Copying them from the email on a phone and typing slowly helps.
Channels buffer or freeze
Move to a wired connection or strong 5 GHz Wi-Fi, restart the device and router, and pause downloads elsewhere in the house. If it continues, switch to the backup server line from your welcome email or message live support.
The program guide is empty
Give it a few minutes after the first login, then refresh or update the EPG in the player’s settings. Make sure the device’s date and time are set automatically.

Do I need Google Play on a Formuler?
No. MYTVOnline does everything you need, although most models also include Google Play.
