How to set up IPTV Quebec on Windows PC

Step by step
Install VLC
Download VLC media player from the official website, videolan.org, and install it.
Open your playlist
In VLC choose Media → Open Network Stream (or press Ctrl+N), paste the M3U link from your welcome email and click Play.
Browse the channels
Open the playlist view with Ctrl+L to see every channel, and use the search box to find one quickly.

Tips for the best picture
- Use a network cable on desktop computers. Laptops should sit within good Wi-Fi range.
- If a channel plays on the laptop but not on the TV, the line is fine and the problem is the TV device or its Wi-Fi.
- Connect the laptop to a TV with an HDMI cable for an instant big-screen setup.
Troubleshooting
“Login failed” or “Invalid credentials”
Check the server URL character by character, including http:// and the port. Usernames and passwords are case-sensitive. Copying them from the email on a phone and typing slowly helps.
Channels buffer or freeze
Move to a wired connection or strong 5 GHz Wi-Fi, restart the device and router, and pause downloads elsewhere in the house. If it continues, switch to the backup server line from your welcome email or message live support.
The program guide is empty
Give it a few minutes after the first login, then refresh or update the EPG in the player’s settings. Make sure the device’s date and time are set automatically.

Does it work on a Mac?
Yes. VLC is available for macOS too, and the steps are the same (use Cmd instead of Ctrl).
Can I watch in a web browser?
Browsers do not play IPTV streams reliably. A player such as VLC gives a much better result.
